LoanShare
We are seeking small value 3 year loans on which we pay a high fixed rate of return; the loan will be used to finance a 3 year finance agreement. Capital and interest is repaid to the investor on a monthly basis and furthermore, 30% of the profit in the transaction is also paid to the investor.
With interest and profit paid to the investor, the annual returns are significant; also, when an agreement is settled early by the borrower (as is often the case), equivalent annual returns to investors are even higher.
